Abstract
Les Alcooliques Anonymes (AA) sont peu étudiés au Québec de nos jours, particulièrement en sociologie, et les expériences que les femmes font d’être membres des AA sont encore moins l’objet de recherche que les AA en tant que regroupement. Ce mémoire s’inscrit dans une tentative féministe de combler ce vide afin de comprendre comment les femmes en viennent à devenir des membres des AA et vivent la solidarité et la spiritualité qui sont promues par le mouvement, et particulièrement à comment elles vivent les expériences de conversion, spirituelles, identitaires ou liées à leur alcoolisme dans le cadre du mouvement.
