Cette rédaction vise ainsi la présentation de l’élaboration d’un programme visant l’augmentation de l’engagement paternel des hommes immigrants en contexte québécois. En premier lieu, quelques thèmes clés seront définis afin que tous en aient la même définition. Les besoins nommés par les pères immigrants seront également explorés, ce qui mènera à la conception d’un nouveau programme, qui est en quelque sorte le coeur de ce projet de maîtrise. À la suite de l’élaboration du programme, des échanges avec des intervenants et des experts en contexte d’intervention auprès des immigrants auront lieu. En second lieu, la méthode d’évaluation de la fidélité et de la validité du programme proposé sera annoncée, soit l’évaluation par des juges experts rencontrés précédemment. En troisième lieu, le programme sera détaillé. En dernier lieu, les résultats de l’évaluation des experts et les modifications apportées seront présentés et suivra une conclusion pour terminer le tout. Il est également important de mentionner que mon projet se limite à l’élaboration et la conception d’un programme visant l’augmentation de l’engagement paternel des pères immigrants. De ce fait, l’évaluation dudit programme sera réalisée dans le cadre d’un autre projet de maîtrise.
