Abstract
En este ensayo bibliográfico se discuten las obras de Béatrice Hibou, La burocratización del mundo en la era neoliberal, y de Christian Laval, Foucault, Bourdieu y la cuestión neoliberal. En primer lugar, se ha desarrollado una breve introducción acerca de los significados más comunes del concepto neoliberalismo dentro del contexto académico que dan pie a una aproximación inicial a algunas de las asunciones que sustentan la definición de neoliberalismo como racionalidad que ambos/as autores/as manejan en sus respectivas obras. Seguidamente, se han discutido críticamente los principales puntos que sustentan los argumentos de ambas obras, primero la de Hibou y, después la de Laval. Finalmente, se ha cerrado el presente ensayo bibliográfico con una breve reflexión final sobre algunos puntos de encuentro entre ambos trabajos y se han señalado algunas dimensiones de las que estos análisis podrían beneficiarse.
