Abstract
Aquest treball consisteix en realitzar un estudi energètic i patològic d'una vivenda unifamiliar ubicada al municipi de Sanaüja (Segarra). L'estudi compren tres estats diferents d'anàlisi: un primer estat caracteritzat per la manca d'eficiència energètica i l'abundància de patologies constructives, un segon estat amb la vivenda ja rehabilitada (estat actual) i un tercer estat en el que es proposen millores per assolir una major eficiència energètica. Un aspecte important a tenir en compte és que la rehabilitació es va realitzar abans de que el Codi Tècnic de l'Edificació (CTE) entrés en vigor.
