Ce mémoire étudie l’aspect opérationnel d’une communauté de pratique intentionnelle (CdPI) qui vise l’amélioration de la qualité de l’intervention auprès des jeunes dans les différents milieux où ils ont des occasions de faire de l’activité physique. Plus précisément, nous nous questionnons sur les façons de faire ressortir les facteurs favorables et défavorables au développement de la CdPI, ainsi que les principes pour faire le choix des organisations partenaires de la CdPI et établir une collaboration avec celles-ci. Nous souhaitons aussi détailler des façons de mettre en œuvre les aspects fonctionnels de la CdPI, tels que la prise en compte des besoins des membres, les moyens de capture et de diffusion de pratiques, le choix des activités d’échange de pratiques et des outils technologiques. Enfin, nous cherchons à comprendre comment élaborer un scénario qui permet de tester la proposition de départ de la CdPI auprès des membres visés et définir les rôles clés qui permettent de piloter la CdPI.
