Abstract
Tres trets cal destacar del règim senyorial laic a Aragó. El primer és la discrecionalitat dels fundadors, la voluntat dels quals va ser la norma suprema per a la creació dels vincles. El segon és la usurpació de la jurisdicció criminal i l’exercici de la potestat absoluta. I el tercer és l’accés al crèdit, que va subvertir l’ordre fundacional dels vincles i va fer dels creditors la peça clau de l’engranatge senyorial. Els senyors eclesiàstics, en canvi, van respectar la condició foral dels seus vassalls i no van alienar les rendes dominicals. Els informes de l’advocat fiscal Juan Pérez de Nueros, especialment la Sumaria notitia de algunas cosas del Reyno de Aragón (1565-1570), proporcionen nocions precises sobre el feudalisme i el \n règim senyorial a Aragó.
