Abstract
En 2020, inicié un proyecto de investigación titulado "Teatro y Feldenkrais: ¿qué herramientas del Método Feldenkrais® resultan más pertinentes para el trabajo de un actor?" (Rahir 2020). Dicho trabajo se llevó a cabo en el marco del departamento de investigación de La Manufacture, que forma parte de la Universidad de Ciencias Aplicadas y Artes de Suiza Occidental, y en colaboración con la Asociación Feldenkrais de Suiza, la escuela de arte Autopoïesis de Montreal y el Instituto de Formación Feldenkrais - IFELD de Lyon. Para comenzar, hemos identificado diferentes principios del Método Feldenkrais que han demostrado su eficacia para estimular la actuación creativa. Posteriormente, hemos planteado hipótesis sobre cómo aplicar estos principios en el escenario con el fin de determinar si podíamos convertirlos en lo que, a partir de ahora, denominamos herramientas para actores.
