Abstract
INDONESIA: \n \nProkrastinasi merupakan suatu kecenderungan untuk menunda dalam memulai maupun menyelesaikan suatu pekerjaan dan memilih melakukan kegiatan lain yang tidak memiliki manfaat yang signifikan sehingga kinerja menjadi terhambat, serta tidak dapat menyelesaikan tugas dengan tepat waktu. Quarter life crisis merupakan istilah psikologi yang merujuk pada keadaan emosional yang dialami oleh individu berusia 20-an. Jika individu mengalami quarter life crisis, hal ini dapat mempengaruhi prokrastinasi mereka. Adapun masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana tingkat quarter life crisis, bagaimana tingkat prokrastinasi, dan apakah terdapat hubungan antara quarter life crisis dengan prokrastinasi pada mahasiswa UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang yang sedang mengerjakan tugas akhir. \n \nTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat quarter life crisis pada, tingkat prokrastinasi, dan membuktikan apakah terdapat hubungan antara quarter life \ncrisis dengan prokrastinasi pada mahasiswa UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang yang sedang mengerjakan tugas akhir. \n \nPenelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis korelasional. Instrument yang digunakan yaitu skala prokrastinasi dan skala quarter life crisis. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan kriteria mahasiswa UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang angkatan \n2016-2018 yang masih mengerjakan tugas akhir. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 1370 dengan sampel berjumlah 106 mahaiswa. \n \nHasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat quarter life crisis pada mahasiswa UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang yang sedang mengerjakan tugas akhir dalam kategori rendah yaitu sebanyak 10 mahasiswa dengan persentase 9,4%, kategori sedang sebanyak 65 mahasiswa dengan persentase 61,3% dan pada kategori tinggi sebanyak 31 mahasiswa dengan persentase 29,2%. Sedangkan tingkat prokrastinasi pada mahasiswa UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang yang sedang mengerjakan tugas akhir dalam kategori rendah sebanyak 17 mahasiswa dengan persentase 16%, kategori sedang sebanyak 61 mahasiswa dengan persentase 57,5% dan pada kategori tinggi sebanyak 28 mahasiswa dengan persentase 26,4%. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari uji korelasi product moment mendapatkan hasil signifikansi sebesar 0,000 yang berarti nilai probabilitas lebih besar dari nilai \nsignifikansi (0,05 > 0,000) yang berarti Ha diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan antara quarter life crisis dengan prokrastinasi pada mahasiswa UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang yang sedang mengerjakan tugas akhir. \n \nENGLISH : \n \n \nKeywords : Quarter Life Crisis, Procrastination, Student, Final Project Procrastination is a tendency to delay starting or completing a job and choosing to do other activities that do not have significant benefits so that performance is hampered and unable to complete tasks on time. Quarter life crisis is a psychological term that refers to the emotional state experienced by individuals in their 20s. If individuals experience a quarter life crisis, this can affect their procrastination. The problems in this study are what is the level of quarter-life crisis, what is the level of procrastination, and is there a relationship between quarter-life crisis and procrastination in students at the State Islamic University of Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang who are working on their final project. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of quarter life crisis at, the level of procrastination, and to prove whether there is a relationship between quarter life crisis and procrastination in students of the State Islamic University of Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang who are working on their final project. \n \nThis study uses a quantitative approach with correlational analysis. The instruments used are the procrastination scale and the quarter life crisis scale. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, with the criteria of students from the State Islamic University of Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang class of 2016-2018 who were still working on their final project. The population in this study amounted to 1370 with a sample of 106 students. \n \nThe results showed that the level of quarter life crisis in students of Maulana Malik Ibrahim State Islamic University Malang who were working on their final project was in the low category, namely 10 students with a percentage of 9.4%, in the medium category, there were 65 students with a percentage of 61.3% and in the category as many as 31 students with a percentage of 29.2%. While the level of procrastination among students at the State Islamic University of Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang who are working on their final project in the low category is 17 students with a percentage of 16%, in the medium category there are 61 students with a percentage of 57.5% and in the high category there are 28 students with a percentage of 26, 4%. The research results obtained from the product moment correlation test obtained a significance value of 0.000, which means that the probability value is greater than the significance value (0.05 > 0.000) which means that Ha is accepted. This shows that there is a relationship between quarter life crisis and procrastination in students of the State Islamic University of Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang who are working on their final project. \n \n \nARABIC: \n \nالتسويف هو ميل لتأخير بدء أو إكمال وظيفة واختيار القيام بأنشطة أخرى ليس لها فوائد كبيرة بحيث يتم إعاقة \nالأداء وعدم القدرة على إكمال المهام في الوقت المحدد. أزمة الحياة الربعية هي مصطلح نفسي يشير إلى الحالة العاطفية \nالتي يمر بها الأفراد في العشرينات من العمر. إذا واجه الأفراد أزمة ربع عمرهم ، فقد يؤثر ذلك على مماطتهم. المشاكل \nفي هذه الدراسة هي ما هو مستوى أزمة ربع الحياة ، وما هو مستوى التسويف ، وهل هناك علاقة بين أزمة ربع العمر \nوالتسويف لدى الطلاب في جامعة الدولة الإسلامية مولانا مالك إبراهيم مالانج الذين يعملون. في مشروعهم النهائي. \nالغرض من هذه الدراسة هو تحديد مستوى أزمة الحياة الربعية عند مستوى التسويف وإثبات ما إذا كانت هناك \nعلاقة بين أزمة ربع العمر والتسويف لدى طلاب جامعة الدولة الإسلامية في مولانا مالك إبراهيم مالانج الذين يعملون. \nفي مشروعهم النهائي. \nتستخدم هذه الدراسة نهجا كميا مع تحليل الارتباط. الأدوات المستخدمة هي مقياس التسويف ومقياس أزمة الحياة \nربع السنوية. استخدمت تقنية أخذ العينات في هذه الدراسة أخذ عينات هادفة ، مع معايير طلاب جامعة الدولة الإسلامية \nفي مولانا مالك إبراهيم مالانج من فئة 2018-2016الذين كانوا لا يزالون يعملون في مشروعهم النهائي. بلغ عدد \nالسكان في هذه الدراسة 1370طال ًبا وعينة من 106طال ًبا. \nوأظهرت النتائج أن مستوى أزمة الحياة الربعية لدى طلاب جامعة مولانا مالك إبراهيم الحكومية الإسلامية \nمالانج الذين كانوا يعملون على مشروعهم النهائي كان في الفئة الدنيا وهي 10طلاب بنسبة ٪9.4في الفئة المتوسطة ، \nوكان هناك 65طال ًبا بنسبة ٪61.3وفي الفئة 31طال ًبا بنسبة .٪29.2في حين أن مستوى المماطلة بين طلاب جامعة \nالدولة الإسلامية مولانا مالك إبراهيم مالانج الذين يعملون في مشروعهم النهائي في الفئة الدنيا هو 17طال ًبا بنسبة ٪16 \n، وفي الفئة المتوسطة يوجد 61طال ًبا بنسبة مئوية من ٪57.5وفي الفئة العليا 28طال ًبا بنسبة .٪26.4حصلت نتائج \nالبحث التي تم الحصول عليها من اختبار الارتباط اللحظي للمنتج على قيمة معنوية قدرها ، 0.000مما يعني أن قيمة \nالاحتمال أكبر من قيمة الدلالة ( )0.000 >0.05مما يعني قبول .
