Abstract
De vervolging van en massamoord op de Armeniërs wordt beschouwd als de eerste volkerenmoord in de Twintigste eeuw en heeft de afgelopen jaren zowel in de wetenschap als in het publieke debat veel aandacht gekregen. Toch is er over de gevolgen op lange termijn van deze ‘vergeten genocide’ weinig bekend. Hoe beïnvloedt zo’n gebeurtenis het wereldbeeld, de politieke standpunten en het dagelijks leven van de Armeniërs van nu?
