Abstract
Tôm mũ ni (Thenus orientalis) là một trong những loài hải sản có giá trị trên thế giới. Trong vòng đời, giai đoạn ấu trùng sống phiêu sinh của tôm mũ ni thường kéo dài và phức tạp. Do đặc điểm này cùng với ấu trùng mỏng mảnh và yếu nên ương nuôi ấu trùng tôm mũ ni trong điều kiện nhân tạo thường gặp nhiều khó khăn. Nghiên cứu này nhằm đánh giá khả năng ương ấu trùng tôm mũ ni trong bể (50L, độ mặn 30%o) bằng các chế độ cho ăn khác nhau. Thí nghiệm gồm 4 nghiệm thức cùng cho ăn Artemia nhưng bổ sung thêm thịt sò huyết ở các ngày ương khác nhau, từ (1) ngày đầu; (2) ngày thứ 3; (3) ngày thứ sáu và (4) không bổ sung (đối chứng). Kết quả cho thấy ấu trùng ở nghiệm thức 1 có tỷ lệ sống cao nhất, thời gian sống dài nhất (26 ngày) và tăng trưởng tốt hơn so với ấu trùng ở các nghiệm thức khác. ở nghiệm thức 4, ấu trùng chỉ sống được 9 ngày. Tuy ấu trùng Phyllosoma chưa biến thái thành hậu ấu trùng Nisto nhưng thí nghiệm này đã cung cấp một số thông tin quan trọng cho các nghiên cứu tiếp theo để ương ấu trùng tôm mũ ni được hoàn thiện hơn.
