Objectiu: analitzar el significat i la transcendència de la Comisión Depuradora de Bibliotecas del Distrito Universitario de Zaragoza durant la\nGuerra Civil (1936-1939), el context que en va impulsar el naixement, la procedència dels integrants i la repercussió que va tenir sobre els\nserveis ordinaris de la Biblioteca de la Universidad de Zaragoza.\nMetodologia: anàlisi de fonts bibliogràfiques, hemerogràfiques i documentals vinculades al tema.\nResultats: comprensió del significat, de l’abast i dels continguts de la Comisión de Zaragoza.\n\nObjetivo: analizar el significado y la transcendencia de la Comisión Depuradora de Bibliotecas del Distrito Universitario de Zaragoza durante la\nGuerra Civil (1936–1939), el contexto que impulsó su nacimiento, la procedencia de sus integrantes y su repercusión sobre los servicios\nordinarios de la Biblioteca de la Universidad de Zaragoza.\nMetodología: análisis de fuentes bibliográficas, hemerográficas y documentales vinculadas al tema.\nResultados: comprensión del significado, alcance y contenidos de la Comisión de Zaragoza.\n\nObjective: to examine the importance of the purging committee known as the Comisión Depuradora de Bibliotecas del Distrito Universitario\nde Zaragoza (“Library Purification Committee of the University District of Zaragoza”) during the Spanish Civil War (1936–1939), considering the\norigins of the committee, its members’ provenance and its impact on the university library’s daily life and services.\nMethodology: analysis of books, the press and other associated documentary sources.\nResults: understanding the meaning, impact and structure of the Zaragoza Committee.
