Abstract
con la sentenza 20 settembre 2021, n. 26510, la Corte di Cassazione si è pronunciata sulla tassazione delle mance facendo una piana applicazione del principio di onnicomprensività che sovraintende alla tassazione dei redditi di lavoro dipendente. La circostanza che le mance siano erogate da soggetti altri rispetto al datore di lavoro, secondo gli ermellini non assume rilievo alcuno considerato che il reddito di lavoro dipendente è nozione che ricomprende ma non si esaurisce con l'altra di retribuzione.
