Abstract
Cet article a pour objet l'analyse de la gestion d'un organisme communautaire localisé a Montréal. II constitue une partie d'une recherche réalisée dans le cadre d'un programme de maîtrise en sciences de la gestion à l'École des Hautes Études Commerciales. Cette recherche visait à identifier les traits particuliers de la gestion des organismes qui agissent dans le domaine de l'économie solidaire. La gestion est traitée ici dans une perspective multidisciplinaire, formée par quatre dimensions principales : sociale, économique, écologique et technique. Tout d'abord, les auteurs mettent en lumière l'historique de l'organisme étudiée ; dans un deuxième moment ils effectuent l'examen de sa gestion et des divers processus qui la composent; enfin, en conclusion, ils élaborent une vision d'ensemble de l'action collective du groupe, faisant ressortir les principaux enjeux de gestion vécus par l'organisation en question.
