Oppgaven går ut på om det er mulig å finne ut ved en analyse om det er lokal eller regional tilhørighet i fotballklubbene Rosenborg Ballklub og Sportsklubben Brann. Identitet og tilhørighet er begrep som oppgaven i hovedsak handler om. Ved å gjennomføre en analyse av aviser og en tekstanalyse av supportersanger til klubbene kan jeg finne ut om det er lokal tilhørighet i egen by eller om tilhørigheten strekker seg utover nærområdet og ut i landsdelen.
