Dans le cadre d’un livre blanc résultant d’une collaboration avec l’Observatoire de l’éthique publique, la Chaire de droit des contrats publics propose une « Loi Sapin 3 » pour renforcer la lutte contre la corruption et les autres atteintes à la probité.Ces recommandations visent à renforcer les mécanismes d’exclusion de la commande publique et à combler certaines lacunes en matière de transparence dans la commande publique et pour les contrats de vente des immeubles publics relevant du domaine privé des personnes publiques.
