RsumDans ce mmoire, nous avons tudi les rapports entre la solitude du Pote et la multitude de Paris dans les Petits pomes en prose de Baudelaire (ou Le Spleen de Paris).Nous avons montr comment le Pote dcide de se rapprocher des hommes en sacrifiant la solitude dans laquelle il se plait tant.Nous avons touch de prs un thme baudelairien qui apparat avec force dans sa posie en prose: la prostitution de l'artiste.Il s'agissait de montrer en dfinitive que le Pote est solidaire la socit mme dans sa solitude la plus extrme.
