Abstract
Legami federativi e declino della sovranità. Quattro percorsi costituzionali emblematici, dopo avere affrontato gli aspetti metodologici di comparazione dei rapporti fra stati sovrani e minoranze nazionali, porta a confronto i profili storico-costituzionali ed attuali della Comunità francese del Belgio, del Québec nella cornice federale canadese, dell'emergere della questione neo-caledoniana in Francia e della difficile gestione dell'autonomizzazione giuridica della Palestina rispetto ad Israele. il volume si conclude con alcune riflessioni sulle frontiere interne agli ordinamento considerati e sulle logiche di composizione dei conflitti attraverso tecniche di federalismo per dissoluzione.
