Abstract
Le présent document porte sur le secrétariat s’est efforce de ne pas laisser pondre l’élan qui avait été créé en 1981 lorsque le Comite intergouvernemental d’experts pour le développement de la science et de la technique avait mis su pied trois groupes de travail : Développement de la science et de la technologie, Besoins fondamentaux et industrie en procédant notamment a des échanges de vue avec les personnes ou les groupes charges de convoquer ces groupes de travail pour étudier les possibilités de tenir ce réunions. Le secrétariat a participe aux réunions de préparation des séminaires de formation en matière de politiques scientifique et technologique convoquées par le centre de recherches pour le développement international a Ottawa (Canada) en aout 1982 et février 1983 et par la fondation allemande pour le développement international a Bonn en République fédérale d’Allemagne en décembre 1982 et juin 1983.
