Abstract
North Korea's ruling-party congress on Monday announced a new title for Kim Jong Un - party chairman - in a move that highlights how the authoritarian country's first congress in 36 years is aimed at bolstering the young leader and ushering in a new era of leadership. North Korea's leader Kim Jong Un has a new title. He's now chairman of the Worker's Party of Korea....he had already been head of the party, but with the title of 'first secretary.'The title change comes out of the country's first congress in 36 years. It was announced Monday during the 10 minutes a small group of foreign media - including the AP - was allowed to watch the congress.Only about 30 of the more than 100 invited journalists were allowed into the congress Monday. Before that, they had to rely on state media to find out what was happening inside the North's House of Culture.A couple of journalists were actually expelled from covering the congress for supposedly 'insulting the dignity' of North Korea.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from it
