Abstract
Udřená do morku kostí se vydala domů. Chtěla si jen lehnout. Hladová, ale šťastná, že se zase vrátí do světa bez utrpení. Už měla na dohled svůj dům. Někdo však před ním stál. Ztěžka si povzdechla. Hlasitě polkla a s odporem se blížila k čekajícímu Eliasovi. Nechtěla s ním mluvit. Už ho nechtěla nikdy ani vidět! Jenže něco nesedělo. Ta postava byla příliš vysoká.Několik kroků od svého domu se konečně zády stojící člověk otočil na příchozí ženu. Líně a bez zájmu pohledem propálil Ilaně díru do srdce.„Měsíční panno?!“ zašeptala. Protřela si oči. „Ukaž se! Měsíční panno!“ už křičela. „Prosím, ukonči to. Já nechci! Můžeme snít o čemkoliv jiném,“ žadonila, ale nedostalo se jí žádné odpovědi, kromě tvrdého pohledu tak dobře známých očí. Několikrát se štípla do tváře. Spí? Ještě nemohla. „Noeli!“ vydechla nevěřícně.Muž nijak nereagoval. Jen stál a díval se na Ilanu.„Noeli?!“ poslední metry doběhla a skočila svému muži kolem krku. „Bože!“ Válka rozervala na kusy nejen státy, ale i lidská srdce. Ilana marně čeká na návrat svého muže, který je dlouhé roky nezvěstný. Sama se musí potýkat s nástrahami života, které ji vtahují do nočních můr... dokud ji z nich nevytrhne tajemná a nezbedná dívka. Od té doby se jediným útočištěm v neklidném světě stává říše snů.
