Abstract
以废碱锰电池为试验材料,在小型管式炉中进行焙烧实验.借鉴燃煤中汞的形态研究分析方法(Ontario-Hydro分析法)研究了废碱锰电池焙烧过程中汞的形态及其分布.结果表明,汞脱除率达100%,尾气中总汞浓度为186.41~194.86mg·m^-3,Hg^0占气态汞总量的82.88%~86.64%,Hg^占6.02%~6.29%.研究结果说明在本试验条件下,废碱锰电池中的汞在焙烧+过程中绝大部分以单质形式进入尾气,实际生产中可直接将尾气通过强制冷却,使汞冷凝,达到回收目的.
