Este trabajo aborda la gestión comercial de minerales en una operación minera, enfocándose en mejorar la trazabilidad y reconciliación de datos a lo largo de la cadena de valor. La mina objeto de estudio enfrenta problemas derivados de la dispersión y falta de integración de la información de producción, lo que ocasiona demoras y errores en la validación de tonelajes y leyes del mineral, afectando la toma de decisiones comerciales. Se diseñó un modelo integral que digitaliza y automatiza el registro y reconciliación de datos desde la extracción hasta la comercialización, utilizando software minero. El escenario incluye procesos clave como voladura, acarreo, chancado, planta y logística, donde la consolidación de información y generación de reportes centralizados permiten mejorar la eficiencia operativa. Asimismo, la implementación de un software minero especializado para la valorización del mineral permitió aumentar significativamente la precisión de los cálculos, logrando una exactitud superior al 95 % en comparación con los procesos manuales, y reducir el tiempo requerido para este proceso de seis horas a aproximadamente una hora por lote, facilitando una toma de decisiones más ágil y confiable. Los resultados reflejan mejoras sustanciales en la eficiencia operativa y en la calidad de la información, contribuyendo a optimizar la gestión comercial minera mediante datos precisos y oportunos.
