Abstract
[ES] El presente Trabajo de fin de Máster trata sobre la elaboración de un proyecto de diseño de la estructura portante, instalación de agua fría y agua caliente sanitaria, instalación de evacuación de aguas pluviales y residuales y certificación energética para un hipermercado con una superficie construida de 2910 m2 situado en Beniparrell, Valencia. Se cumple en todo momento la normativa vigente correspondiente y mencionada en los capítulos siguientes. \n \nEn cuanto a la arquitectura del Hipermercado, se busca una distribución eficiente y armónica para el uso, tanto del personal como del público que acudirá al recinto, con una amplia sala de ventas, aseos públicos con capacidad suficiente para el flujo de gente previsto y también espacios de trabajo y confort para el personal, como comedores y aseos con duchas. En él se encuentran aparcamientos, acceso y zona de descarga para camiones con suministros, zonas de gestión de residuos y áreas verdes. \n \nLa estructura portante del hipermercado se compone de perfiles de acero y cimentación a base de zapatas aisladas de hormigón armado con vigas de atado entre ellas. El cálculo y \ndiseño de la estructura portante del hipermercado se realiza con el programa CYPE 3D. \n \nSe diseñan las instalaciones de fontanería, producción de Agua caliente sanitaria y saneamiento. Finalmente, se realiza un cálculo general para la certificación energética a través del programa CYPETHERM HE PLUS.
