L’objectiu del present projecte és la definició de l’obra per a la urbanització dels\nterrenys del “Pla de l’Estudiant” del municipi de Manlleu (Osona).\nEl projecte s’inicia amb un aixecament topogràfic de la zona mitjançant una estació\ntotal. Aquest aixecament es realitza mitjançant itineraris tancats. L’aixecament es\ncomposa de 19 bases, 2 de les quals són vèrtex geodèsics de la xarxa municipal\npropietat de l’Institut Cartogràfic de Catalunya (ICC), i s’utilitzen les seves coordenades\nconegudes un cop canviat el sistema de referència per, a partir d’elles, compensar tota\nla xarxa.\nPer a la realització del plànol topogràfic s’han utilitzat els softwares Cartomap i\nAutocad.\nUn cop s’ha obtingut la topografia de la zona, s’ha estudiat per traçar la nova\nurbanització tenint en compte les normatives corresponents i l’impacta mediambiental.\nS’ha justificat el moviment de terres necessari per a la construcció els vials. S’ha optat\nper a donar continuïtat a als carrers existents, crear una nova entrada a la urbanització\na partir de la carretera comarcal BV-5224 mitjançant una nova rotonda i al mateix\ntemps millorar aquesta carretera fins a l’entrada del municipi.\nLa nova urbanització del “Pla dels Estudiants” constarà d’una zona residencial amb\nparcel·les destinades a diferents ordenacions, jardins urbans, un gran aparcament i es\ndeixarà a punt una zona per a una futura zona d’equipaments.
