Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The current significance of health promotion actions are emphasized to realization of higher goals, its qualitatively higher development through a transformation of its conceptual character from the twenties of last century up nowadays, strengthed by a methodological theoretical body having own principles and strategies converging as a irreplaceable reference for public health. The epistemology framework of health promotion is analyzed and classified from the thematic axis postulated in I International Conference of Health Promotion helded in Ottawa, Canada in 1986 and the subsequent ones, as well as the dialectical unit among them, in theoretical approaches defined as configuration dimensions including: the conceptual, philosophic, politic, social and cultural types going from a complex and deep perspective, whose links are indissoluble in the light of the socioeconomic and politic changes at world level. Arguments described show that health promotion is a weapon of irrefutable value to achieve great and better health politics, and also make available a fast understand of the subject matter, being the essential third of public health, becoming part of agenda of healthy public politics, like a modern proposal of health promotion.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
