"Toutes sortes de raisons peuvent mener un propriétaire d’entreprise à se retirer d’affaires ou à transférer son entreprise. Alors qu’un nombre croissant de propriétaires d’entreprises sont à l’aube de la retraite, le gouvernement du Québec cherche à favoriser la reprise d’entreprise, aussi nommée « repreneuriat » ou « sorties entrepreneuriales avec continuité des activités de l’entreprise » (St-Jean et Duhamel, 2022). Parmi les stratégies promues par le gouvernement se trouve celle de la reprise collective, laquelle inclut la reprise coopérative (Gouvernement du Québec, 2020). [...]"
