Abstract
O Ginásio Clube Bem-Estar – proporcionou-me experiências no treino, nas várias modalidades de academia (tais como “Jump®”, Body pump®” “Zumba®” “Body Balance®”e “CX®”), desde da adaptação á musculação á melhoria da performance, isto só foi possível devido ao fato de ter lidado com praticantes com diferentes objectivos para a pratica desportiva, sendo alguns deles o treino para a saúde e bem estar, através das aulas de grupo e treinos funcionais, á hipertrofia muscular. Assim aprendi qual o melhor plano e a estratégia a aplicar em cada um, não só pelas capacidades físicas mas também mentais. Pois a capacidade mental por vezes e mais importante que a física é a que nos faz desistir ou permanecer num objectivo. Um ginásio já não é só o culto do corpo mas também o culto da mente. Na primeira parte deste documento contextualizo o local onde realizei o meu estágio, mais propriamente, na cidade da Guarda. Faço uma breve síntese da história do Ginásio Clube Bem-Estar. Posteriormente, numa outra parte descrevo as atividades de estágio. Por último, a parte da revisão bibliográfica onde aprofundo as técnicas do Crossfit.
