Abstract
La scoliose est une déformation tridimensionnelle de la colonne vertébrale qui entraîne une torsion de la colonne vertébrale et une déformation du thorax, de l'abdomen et des zones proches de la colonne vertébrale. Certains traitements limités existent. \n \nL'examen par radiographie classique est souvent utilisé pour évaluer cliniquement les patients scoliotiques. Une connaissance précise de la géométric 3D de la colonne vertébrale est aussi très utile pour comprendre les mécanismes de la scoliose. \n \nDes méthodes de reconstruction 3D à partir de radiographies planes ont été développées et ont déjà preuvé son efficacité. Cependant, dans des cas où un patient a subi une chirurgie consistant en l'implantation de tiges de métal maintenues par des crochets et des vis, les méthodes actuelles sont difficilement applicables à cause des contours parasites supplémentaires et du masquage de structures anatomiques. L'objectif de ce mémoire est d'essayer de proposer une solution à ce problème.
