Abstract
Le présent rapport a pour but de brosser un portrait actuel et objectif de l’état de santé psychologique des enseignants québécois affiliés à la Fédération autonome de l’enseignement (FAE). Les résultats présentés sont issus du projet de recherche, développé en collaboration avec la FAE, réalisé en janvier 6 2009. La première section du rapport présente les objectifs de l’étude, la deuxième comprend une brève revue de la littérature portant sur la santé psychologique des enseignants. La troisième section explique la méthodologie utilisée ainsi que les limites de celle-ci. La quatrième section inclut les résultats quantitatifs de l’étude ainsi que leur discussion.
