Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The article seeks to elucidate the crisis of liberalism, its repagination of the new liberalism
\nculminating in neoliberalism. In short, it deals with changes in the capital system on a planetary
\nscale. The starting point is the Walter Lippmann Colloquium (1938) to understand the creation
\nof the Mont-Pèlerin Society (1947), demonstrating that neoliberalism predates Hayek himself
\nin a sense. A properly liberal new interventionism is forged and in this reconfiguration the state,
\nas an essential juridical-political complement of the capital system, begins to act shamelessly
\nfor the market and reform its way of managing society and the social, aiming at capitalist
\nreproduction and accumulation.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
