Abstract
Actualmente, în era digitală, a devenit importantă şi decisivă conştientizarea şi înţelegerea privind realizarea cercetă-rilor de înaltă calitate, precum şi gestionarea eficientă a datelor de cercetare. Finanţatorii cercetărilor ştiinţifice din ce în ce mai activ încep să mandateze accesul deschis la cercetările pe care le finanţează. Acest articol prezintă strategiile, viziunile, politicile de susţinere a accesului deschis la datele de cercetare, promo-vate de către organisme, guverne, agenţii de finanţare, instituţii de cercetare etc. recunoscute internaţionale, europene şi interstatale. Sunt analizate politicile, activităţile promovate în domeniul gestionării datelor de cercetare în diferite ţări, ca Anglia, America, Canada, Franţa, Lituania, precum şi iniţiativele întreprinse în Republica Moldova. În lucrare sunt prezentate şi câteva recomandări pentru activarea procesului de gestionare a datelor de cercetare în Republica Moldova.
