Abstract
Tämän opinnäytetyön lähtökohtana oli tuotteistaa Suomen Keittiömestareiden talvipäiväillallinen ja tehdä sen pohjalta ohjeistus, jota he voivat hyödyntää suunnitellessaan tulevia tapahtumia. Opinnäytetyön teoriaosuus koostui talvipäivätapahtuman taustatekijöistä, teemaillallisen suunnittelusta Blueprint-mallia käyttäen sekä tuotteistamisesta. Lähteitä teoriaosuuteen kerättiin kirjoista, Internetistä, artikkeleista ja opetusmateriaaleista. \n\nOpinnäytetyössä käytettiin kvalitatiivista eli laadullista tutkimusmenetelmää. Tiedonhankinta tehtiin käyttäen apuna olemassa olevia teoksia ja tekijöiden omia kokemuksia. Tietoa hankittiin myös olemalla mukana talvipäivien suunnittelu- ja toteutusprojektissa. Kokemusten perusteella saatiin rakennettua toimiva ohjeistus.\n\nOhjeistus luovutetaan Suomen keittiömestareille eikä sitä julkaista tässä opin-näytetyössä. Tutkimustuloksista ja kokemuksista voitiin päätellä, että tapahtu-maa suunniteltaessa on tärkeä ottaa pienimmätkin yksityiskohdat huomioon alusta asti ja jos mahdollista, testata suunnitelmaa käytännössä ennen tapahtumaa.
