Abstract
From the 14th century, by the reason of the exploration of the new sea route and drawing of the new lines, Uighurs’ connection was disconnected from the external world. The world was unaware of the existence of Uighurs. Đn the first quarter of 20th century, The person who was travelling, reformist Nuşirvan Yaushev’in Eastern Turkistan wrote the detailed writings about the Uighurs for the first time and he provided that Uighurs got the informations about their own geography and national identity. Nuşirvan Yaushev’s life and the contents of his writings he sent from Uighurs region those are above 90, will be studied on this essay.
