Abstract
Afterthe disintegration of the Soviet Union, the Republic of Turkey has gained theopportunities to develop Turkish World is connected historical and spiritualroots by establishing direct relations with the new independent republics thathave occurred in this region. In spite of certain problems and criticisms overthe past quarter of a century, significant distance has beenachieved in bilateral and multilateral relations. Asia's rising starKazakhstan's potential for cooperation is very important to use the efficientlyin the context of relations with Turkey. The level of relations between Turkeyand Kazakhstan has a satisfactory quality at this point. Projects carried outbetween the two countries in the field of education, one of the topics to beexamined in multi-dimensional relations. These projects attract attention interms of both bilateral relations and increasing cooperation opportunities inthe Turkish World in general.
