Vlivy zvyšování minimální mzdy na mzdové rozdělení v České republice

Abstract
Cílem diplomové práce je identifikovat, analyzovat a zhodnotit vlivy zvyšování minimální mzdy na mzdové rozdělení za období 2013 – 2020 v České republice. Zdrojem použitých dat je Informační systém o průměrném výdělku (ISPV). Po deskriptivní analýze dat byla provedena regresní analýza datového souboru. Za použití metody modelu s fixními efekty byla analyzována panelová data. Odhadovaný model byl poté rozdělen podle decilového rozpětí. Výsledky ukázaly, že zvýšení minimální mzdy má vliv na mzdové rozdělení zaměstnanců, a to především na nízkopříjmové skupiny osob.
