A travers l’examen des droits canadien, américain et européen, cet article s’interroge sur les potentialités qu’offre le concept d’aménagement raisonnable, qui fait désormais partie du droit de l’égalité et de la non-discrimination, mais aussi sur les difficultés qu’il soulève, lorsqu’il s’agit de composer avec la pluralité religieuse.
