Abstract
(EUS) Amagandiko edoskitzea (AE) haur jaioberria elikatzeko aukera osasuntsuena eta merkeena dela jakin arren, haur jaioberrien % 40 bakarrik elikatzen da ama-esneaz esklusiboki. Gaur egungo ebidentziaren arabera, edoskitzeak dakartzan onurak lortzeko indikatzaile garrantzitsuena haurraren lehen 6 hilabeteetan amagandiko edoskitzea soilik mantentzea da. Hala nola, Registered Nurses’ Association of Ontario (RNAO) elkarteak sortutako erizaintza-zainketen gidei esker, erizainen diziplina ebidentzia hoberenetan oinarritutako praktikak egitera bultzatzen duen proiektuaren partehartzaile da Mendaroko Ospitalea. Hori dela eta, bertan eskaintzen diren zainketak kalitate hoberenekoak izatea sustatzen da. Horien artean, erizaintzako ikasleek proiektuko partaidetzan eta beraien Gradu Amaierako Lanaren (GrAL) garapenean zailtasunak izan dituzte eta lanaren berregituraketa egin da. Amagandiko edoskitzean lan egiten duten erizainen laguntzarekin batera, ikasleak lana planifikatu, eraldatu eta ikertu du, eta ondoren, bere ekarpen pertsonala eta hedapen materiala sortu ditu. Proiektuan parte hartzeak eta Mendaroko Ospitaleko ibilbidea ezagutzeak ikasleari irakaskuntza interesgarri ugari eskaini dizkio. Taldekideekin komunikazio ona mantentzea eta emaitzen erregistroak zehaztasunez egiteak duen garrantzia ikusi du.
