Aproximación a la responsabilidad social empresarial hotelera en Colombia: reflexiones a partir de la perspectiva cualitativa

Abstract
La economía mundial tiene en la actualidad relaciones que impactan negativamente el desarrollo económico de la sociedad. Ante esta realidad el trabajo de grado presenta la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial como una disciplina con capacidad de modificar la misionalidad que tradicionalmente se le ha asignado a la empresa, ello se torna innovador en la medida en que se ilustran las diferentes interpretaciones de los actores sociales en relación con la RSE hotelera en Colombia, más aún cuando hoy por hoy este sector obedece a dinámicas rápidas de crecimiento. \nA su vez, la investigación efectúa el estudio a través de la metodología cualitativa, resaltando la diversidad de conceptualizaciones y prácticas que emanan de las perspectivas de los actores sociales del sector, haciendo especial énfasis en los discursos de organismos reguladores de la actividad hotelera nacional y de la RSE en el ámbito internacional, representantes del gremio, académicos con experticia en el tema, propietarios, directivos y colaboradores de los hoteles: La Mansión, Bogotá Plaza Summit y Radisson Royal. Mediante ello se efectúa un análisis concienzudo de las iniciativas regulativas preponderantes en RSE y de forma concluyente se proponen alternativas críticas tomando como punto de partida los postulados radical humanistas de la Universidad de Montreal.
