Abstract
В основу проекта была принята проблема дефицита развлекательных заведений и мест отдыха на территории города Верхняя Пышма. Проектом предусмотрено строительство творческого квартала как визитной карточки города с северного въезда в виде уникального здания, переходящего через проезжую часть интегрированного в анализируемую территорию, по требованиям заказчика. Заходя в творческий квартал, жители и гости города смогут погрузиться в собственную экосистему этого места. Тут в гармонии существуют природа с современными цифровыми технологиями. Здесь можно наслаждаться красотой зеленых растений круглый год. Кроме того, расположенные внутри интерактивные зоны, творческие мастерские и креативные инсталляции позволят провести время не только в удовольствие, но и с пользой. Таким образом территория творческого квартала позволяет обеспечить досуг в концепции природа-муза, создавая место, где каждый найдет увлечение по душе.
