L'article s'intéresse aux conventions de rupture dans le domaine de l'autorité parentale. Il fait partie d'un dossier spécial dirigé par Mesdames L. Langevin, C. Neirinck et M. Bruggeman consacré à "la contractualisation de la rupture des couples en France et au Québec" publié à la RRJ Droit prospectif (2009-1) et à la revue les Cahiers de Droit, Université de Laval, vol.49, n°4 déc. 2008.
