The internationalization and the advancement of multilateral alliances in Latin America allows us to grow industrially with the use of resources of our environment, which must be exploited as the root of consummation and of the service for which it meets the needs, and at the same time demand other countries. In the same way it will allow generating opportunities to strengthen our economy.
\nThe production must be observed another perspective, with a more ingenious and audacious perception that makes it possible to create new products as well as new companies and that strategic agreements are used as an instrument for the development of these activities and presents major projects generating solidity in our economy.
\nThe business culture in our country is gradually transforming, because companies present as offer variety of products that are valued for their nutritional contribution and abundance.
\nThe present work is oriented to present to the market the offer of exotic fruits, native of our Peruvian Jungle.
\nThe consumption of exotic fruits such as Camu camu, The Pitahaya, and acai has been a worldwide trend, due to the diverse nutritional and antioxidant properties that this type of fruits have in favor of Health, which are taking great importance at an international level. It should be noted that the exotic fruits object of the present work come from the regions of the Jungle as Amazonas, Loreto and Ucayali.
\nThis performance of exotic fruits has had and has consequences of the sustainable execution of fruit production in the departments of the Peruvian Jungle in observation of not being able to adequately and systematically satisfy the demand of the International market and meet the regional requirements of the International market.
\nIn conclusion we can affirm that the fruit industry in our country is in frank growth in a general way, taking in the exportation of exotic fruits a good performance. Large-scale fruit processors support operations by importing frozen and condensed fruit pulp from different regional sources.
\nThis work will evaluate as a destination of exports of exotic fruits to Canada, also presenting that there are potential demands in the markets of North America and Europe.
