Introducci: l'agricultura ecolgicaAgricultura i pesca, dos dels "oficis" ms antics del mn, han estat considerats durant el creixement dels sectors de la construcci i de serveis com les germanes pobres del sector productiu.Les que foren les primeres activitats que van assentar les poblacions nmades en el neoltic han quedat socialment relegades a ser considerades activitats dures i que aporten pocs ingressos econmics per l' esfor destinat.Per estudiant la distribuci d'activitats productives a nivell mundial, l'activitat agrria cobreix una de les principals necessitats de l' sser hum: l'alimentaci.Transforma elements abundants i inerts, minerals, aigua i energia solar, en aliments -si ms no en les formes tradicionals d'agricultura.s l'activitat humana que ms superfcie ocupa al planeta, i, per tant, la d'impactes ms extensos a nivell territorial, per a b i per a mal.De fet, el medi rural acull el 50% de la poblaci mundial.L'activitat agrria es va iniciar fa uns 10.000 anys, i ha anat evolucionant de manera diferent en els diversos territoris i cultures del mn.En l'ltim segle, la modernitzaci agrria ha transformat les formes de fer agricultura, que avui en dia sn molt semblants en la major part del planeta.
