Abstract
Исследование посвящено разработке концепции креативного квартала с целью создания возможностей для развития творческих индустрий. Реализация данной концепции на основе анализа существующих концепций и определении основных принципов и составляющих креативного квартала была разработана модель, позволяющая создать оптимальные условия для развития творческих индустрий, экономики региона и повышения качества жизни.
