Abstract
Bakalářská práce se dělí na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se věnuje základním pojmům, jako je daň z příjmů fyzických osob, daňové přiznání a sociální a zdravotní pojistné OSVČ. Ve třetí kapitole je čtenáři představena deskripce změn v konsolidačním balíčku pro rok 2024 se zaměřením na jejich dopad na OSVČ. Kromě teoretických poznatků jsou u každé změny uvedeny také praktické příklady, které jsou porovnány s legislativou z roku 2023. Praktická část se věnuje analýze dopadu konsolidačního balíčku na vybraného poplatníka.
