Determinantes de la Informalidad en las MYPES en la Provincia de Lambayeque en el 2015

Abstract
En esta tesis tenemos como objetivo el análisis de la informalidad laboral y tributaria de las Mypes ubicadas en la provincia de Lambayeque. La informalidad tributaria se establece con aquellos negocios sin RUC, sin permisos municipales, ni certificados de defensa civil. Mientras que la informalidad laboral se basa en la inexistencia de trabajadores en planilla. \nPara las estimaciones respectivas se emplea una muestra de 865 encuestas aplicadas en a zonas urbanas de la provincia de Lambayeque, las variables de la encuesta fueron las características del negocio, sus percepciones en torno a la formalidad sus beneficios y las limitantes de que perciben los negocios en torno a ello. \nSe aplicó un modelo Logit binominal donde la variable dependiente era la informalidad y las independientes eran características del negocio. Los resultados obtenidos indican que la probabilidad de ser informal tributario va de 51-55% está influenciada por el número de trabajadores y los motivos para no formalizar; los sectores más afectados son comercio y servicios. Así mismo la probabilidad de ser informal laboral va de 92-96% y es determinado por el mercado al que se dirigen sus productos, las limitantes del negocio y los motivos para no formalizar.
