Abstract
ResumenEl diseo de los planes de estudio para las nuevas titulaciones de grado de Magisterio constituye, por su carcter profesionalizador basado en competencias y la ampliacin de los estudios a cuatro cursos, una oportunidad para las facultades de educacin de mejora de la calidad de la formacin inicial de maestros.Gran parte del incremento de los crditos se destina a la ampliacin de los periodos de prcticas en los centros escolares colaboradores.Se trata de un escenario de cambio profundo que deber replantear la organizacin y revisar los modelos.La experiencia en Quebec nos proporciona elementos de anlisis y de reflexin con la finalidad de llegar a orientaciones y a conclusiones transferibles a la organizacin de estos planes de estudio y para integrar el prcticum en una visin global e interdisciplinaria de la titulacin.Palabras clave: competencias
