[IT] \nAlcuni autori, molto più di altri, richiedono fatica nell'essere compresi, in quanto necessitano una lettura che deve considerare, nel loro insieme e nella loro contraddizione, le regole “intrinseche” che costituiscono il fare architettura in Italia. Sono dettami legati alla burocrazia, all'economia, ai vincoli, alla committenza e alle necessità appartenenti alla quotidianità e che ogni ufficio di architettura affronta. Discostandosi dalla mera lamentela, progettare e costruire nel Belpaese è un lavoro per certi versi “differente” se confrontato al fare architettura in altre zone geografiche prossime allo Stivale: assumere questo presupposto potrebbe aiutare a valutare l'internazionalità di determinate opere a prima vista “minori”. ELASTICOFarm è uno studio composto da più appostamenti, poiché dislocato tra geografie differenti che da est sfumano verso ovest: da Budoia, in provincia di Pordenone, passando per Chieri, in provincia di Torino, fino ad arrivare a Toronto, in Canada. \n \n[EN] Some authors, much more than others, require difficulty in being understood, as they require a reading that must consider, as a whole and in their contradiction, the ‘intrinsic’ rules that make up doing architecture in Italy. These are dictates linked to bureaucracy, economics, constraints, clients and the needs belonging to everyday life that every architecture office faces. Moving away from the mere complaint, designing and building in the Belpaese is in some ways a ‘different’ job when compared to doing architecture in other geographical areas close to the Boot: assuming this assumption could help to evaluate the internationality of certain works that at first sight seem ‘minor’. ELASTICOFarm is a studio composed of several locations, as it is spread across different geographies that fade from the east to the west: from Budoia, in the province of Pordenone, via Chieri, in the province of Turin, to Toronto, Canada.
