Bibliographic record
Abstract
»-- « Crowdfunding is seen as an alternative to traditional finance and a fundraising lever for organizations and businesses. In the province of Quebec, platforms organize increasingly popular crowdfunding campaigns. The purpose of this dissertation is to study the success factors of the campaigns organized by La Ruche in the Bas-Saint-Laurent region. The literature review revealed a congruence between the sources of financing, the type of investment and the life cycle of the company. It also showed that crowdfunding has been included in the hierarchy of financing sources for several years, especially in the United States. The review of the literature highlights factors inseparable from the success of campaigns such as preparation, the level of involvement and the notoriety of the project leader. In the attempt to answer the question relating to the success factors of campaigns, hypotheses relating to marketing, the profile of promoters and factors external to the promoting organizations were formulated regarding the existing literature. Verifying these hypotheses required statistical analyzes on 121 campaigns organized between 2017 and 2022. Diagnostic tests relating to the validity of the data and multiple regressions made it possible to confirm that the target amount, the public profile of the promoters, the goal not lucrativeness of the campaigns, the number of counterparties, the maturity phase, the number of contributors, the financing ratio, the expected health impact, the primary sporting, cultural and scientific categories have a significant impact on the performance of the campaigns. These results offer an overview of the success factors of crowdfunding campaigns in the Bas-Saint-Laurent region, where the practice of crowdfunding is relatively recent. »--

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
