Se enfoca en una literatura emergente que caracteriza a estas dinámicas como extractivismo agrario, un concepto que ofrece unidad analítica y política en los debates sobre transformaciones agrarias, climáticas y medioambientales, y que pone de relieve las características depredadoras de la agricultura corporativa y dependiente de insumos externos.
