Abstract
No se trata, como anuncian los editores del libro, de declarar el fin de los territorios y de las áreas culturales y lingüísticas, sino de interrogar y, a su vez desbordar los límites y la exclusividad de esta noción, inspirándose entonces en los diversos pensamientos acerca de la exterritorialidad. Por ello esta compilación de estudios propone, con textos en francés y en inglés de académicos de distintas universidades (París, Rabat, Burdeos, Viena, Marburgo, Minnesota, Potsdam, Montreal, Cambridge, entre otras), un recorrido interdisciplinario y plurilingüe que abarca cuatro siglos y cuatro continentes, y que va de la literatura hasta los nuevos medios de comunicación, deteniéndose también en la filosofía, la historia, la lingüística, la prensa y el cine.
